I did a "long" run today. Yesterday was kind of a crap day of eating on the run, birthday party food, etc. I got a good nigths sleep. Ate a two egg spinach, broccoli, mushroom omelet for breakfast. Had coffee and an orange. I ran 6.02 miles with an elevation of 107, pace of 8:57, time of 53:51, and 733 calories burned. Dinner was Quinoa, carrot, and mushroom soup with a bowl of raspberries, kiwi, blackberries, and blueberries. I also have eaten two Dove Dark chocolates today and two large glasses of water. I will be on the road this week so I will need extra discipline to get my workouts in.
