I didn't start running until after 8 p.m. I definitely need to find a time earlier in the day.When I started I was only going to run three. I just kept telling myself one more mile until I realized I had less than a mile to go. I also alternated speed with each song. It really helped to break it into chunks and live in the moment. I have been super tired lately so I need to revamp my sleeping and eating patterns. |
