I was gone at PD this week. I was able to get a speed workout in at the hotel. I did a mile warm up and then I did 400 repeats starting at 8.5 and going up .1 each 400 until I was at 9.0. I then did a mile cool down. I found I struggled a little as the speed got faster. My legs were struggling. I didn't have much sleep the night before and was pretty tired so that might have something to do with it. I also had eaten wheat that day which I had been avoiding for a while. |
