Ran the Sakatah trail with an out and back. My goals were to run the large overpass hills without stopping and to finish strong. I finished 2/2 with those two things. Average pace was around 9.15 - 9.45; however, my watch was not working so we had to depend on the ipod for that. It was hard to get going but once we climbed the hill at mile three, I felt much better. |
