3.13 miles at a 8.53 pace. This was my first run outside in a long time. I really struggled. I did the hill which did not help. I have been really tired lately, and I have not been eating enough. I need to revamp some things as I have the get lucky 7k in two weeks.
I have been dealing with an upset stomach. I think the wheat has something to do with it. I also went to bed fairly late last night. I need to get back to 8 hours a night. |
