I have run four half marathons and two full marathons in the past two years. My best half is 1:51best marathon is 4:10. I have run Grandma's in Duluth, MN and the Fargo marathon.
Short-Term Running Goals:
I would like to run a half marathon in 1:45 and a full in 3:40 (BQ).
Long-Term Running Goals:
To run Boston, NYC, Chicago, LA, San Diego, Disney half, Vegas half, and race in a different country.
Personal:
I am a teacher and college instructor. I am married and have three young children.
6 x 400 intervals with a mile warm up, 200 rest between, and a .75 cool down. Started at 8.5 and went up .1 every interval until ending with 9.0 (6.54).
